  • What you’ll be doing:

  • You'll support on a 1-1 basis promoting independence and encouraging the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Personal care will be required.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Working within a residential setting with adults who may have Learning disabilities and or complex needs.
  • Who you are:

  • We want individuals with a passion to support others and make a difference to their everyday lives.
  • Flexible  as shift patterns can vary between 12/13 hours per shift, range from 6.45am start to 9.00pm finish,
  • You may be required to pick up waking nights/sleeps, depending on the needs of the service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
  • Driver preferred.
