Pertemps Southampton are looking for a reliable Warehouse Team Leader to join a great team based in Nursling. Forklift licence will be needed.

Own transport may be needed but some public transport is near.

This role is permanent and good for someone looking to make a step up.

The successful Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Allocating and monitor the workload for the team.
- Ensure the warehouse utilised correctly.
- Load and unload orders
- Health and safety practices are followed.

The Warehouse Team Leader will:
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be confident training other staff
- have no issue of motivating
- Strong communication skills to work in a team.
