La Doria Ipswich Warehouse Forklift Driver

We are looking for permanent Forklift Truck Drivers to join our friendly team in Sproughton, Ipswich. Working Monday to Friday plus every 4th Saturday on weekly rotational shifts from from 6am - 2.30pm and 2pm - 10.30pm. The 1:4 Saturday shift is from 6am - 2.30pm. Salary is £28,932.00 per annum.

How will you contribute?

  • Working within the guidelines of the Wincanton safety culture, ensuring the safety of yourself and your colleagues at all times.
  • Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles in accordance with stock requirements and customer orders
  • Lifting and moving products around the warehouse using the correct method and equipment
  • Infeed of stock into the automated warehouse management system
  • Repacking, consolidating of items to support the rework team

    • What will you bring?

    Experience and skills:

  • Forklift Licence and at least 1 year's experience of driving a Forklift
  • Team player
  • Flexible approach
  • Powered Pallet Truck experience - Desirable
  • Reach Truck Licence – Desirable
  • Experience of working with warehouse IT systems - Desirable

    • Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Shift Manager
  • Liaises with internal departments
