FLT Counterbalance Driver

Thorn Baker Recruitment are currently looking for an experience forklift counterbalance driver for their client based in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire.

Forklift Driver Job Description:

  • Unload and load trailers with deliveries
  • Transport goods around the yard and to the production lines
  • Helping in other departments as and when required, training will be provided
  • Ensure the stock yard is kept neat and tidy at all times
  • Ensure products have the correct labelling
  • Please note that you may not be on the forklift for the entire shift and your assistance maybe required in other areas of the site.

    • Forklift Driver Requirements:

  • Forklift counterbalance licence – Must be Accredited!
  • Good Communication skills
  • Must be numerate and literate
  • Must have at least 1.5-2 years experience
  • Ideally have some experience in stock yard control

    • Shifts:

    Monday to Friday 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm, rotating weekly

    Pay:

    £13.50ph, paid weekly, temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
