Position: Warehouse Operative – FLT Driver
Location: Bristol, North Somerset
Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 PH

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am – Finish (around 4.30pm)
Duration: Temp to perm

Start Date: Immediate

The job

  • Operate a forklift truck (FLT) to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on the forklift to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed, including picking, packing, and general housekeeping duties.

    • The requirements

  • Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck preferred).
  • Proven experience as an FLT Driver in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
