Buy It Direct is seeking a skilled and motivated VNA Driver to join our dynamic team at our distribution centre in Castle Donington, located in the heart of the East Midlands.

Competitive Salary and Shift Options 

As a full-time permanent VNA Driver, you'll enjoy a highly competitive salary of £24,. We offer flexibility with two shift options: the PM shift from 14:00 to 22:00, working either Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday. We value work-life balance and provide excellent benefits such as your birthday off after one year of service, a healthcare cash plan, and the option to purchase additional holiday time.

As a VNA Driver, you'll take charge of operating our VNA trucks to support the team in efficient product picking and put-away. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to various warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock transfers, dispatch, and processing returned products. With a diverse range of tasks, each day will bring new challenges and keep you engaged.

Warehouse or logistics experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment will give you a solid foundation to excel in this role. 

VNA truck driving expertise: Experience operating VNA trucks is essential, ensuring you can navigate our warehouse with precision and efficiency. 

Team player mindset: You'll be working as part of a team, so the ability to work at a swift pace in a methodical manner is crucial.

Tech-savviness: Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn our warehouse management system will set you up for success.
