Picker-Packer | Sturminster Newton|  Part-Time Shifts , up to £25.400 per annum 

Are you looking for a part-time, hands-on role in a friendly and supportive environment?
We're currently recruiting a Picker-Packer to join a welcoming team at a well-established manufacturing business in the Sturminster Newton area.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with the potential to become permanent after a successful probation period. Flexible part-time shifts are available – choose between morning or afternoon hours to suit your lifestyle.

As a Picker-Packer, you’ll benefit from:
• A supportive and friendly team environment
• No weekend work – Monday to Friday only
• Flexible part-time shift options (AM or PM)
• Opportunity for permanent employment
• Forklift training provided for long-term development

Your responsibilities will include:
• Accurately picking and packing customer orders
• Assisting with goods in/out and stock movement
• General warehouse tasks, including some heavy lifting
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
• Working as part of a close-knit, efficient team

What we’re looking for:
• A proactive and reliable attitude
• Good spoken English and the ability to follow instructions
• Basic numeracy skills to manage stock and order quantities
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A team player with a willingness to learn and grow
