What you'll do

As the Macro Space Manager for General Merchandise & Clothing at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading a Macro Space programme of change that aligns with the corporate strategy, driving incremental sales, volume, and profit growth. You will manage analytics and performance reporting across key programmes impacting space, working closely with trading teams and various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic objectives. Your expertise in data manipulation and analysis, combined with your strategic acumen and project management skills, will be instrumental in evaluating store and category performance to optimise space utilisation and drive positive outcomes in customer choice, financial performance, and operational compliance. By becoming the expert for all space recommendations, you will innovate and drive the development of ranging and insight approaches, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of the business.
