Role: Logistics Storage & Distribution Manager Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Per Annum Location: Wallingford, Oxfordshire Hours: Monday – Friday.
Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Storage & Distribution Manager
Support transportation and storage for our products in logistics operations, ensuring adherence to 5S and CI methodology for project success.
Manage the loading and unloading of vehicles, and oversee the storage and distribution of materials, including the organization of materials in the yard.
Communicate with operations regarding any delays or last-minute changes and ensure despatch documentation is correct and all records of activity are maintained.
Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and manage lifting equipment.
Maintain clear communication with all relevant parties to ensure smooth operational flow and timely resolution of any issues.
About you:
Hold relevant in date Telehandler and Forklift Truck Licences.
Previous experience in storage and transport administration.
Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong communication skills to foster effective working relationships.
Clean UK driving License.
