What are your contributions to the team?

Perform a variety of customer-oriented operations associated with flight ramp activities and VIP transportation. Maintain fuel supplies and perform aircraft fueling requirements according to established procedures. Perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations.

  • Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions)
  • Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner.
  • Perform activities related to aircraft arrival / departure
  • Transport aircraft on ramp and position in hanger
  • Perform aircraft movements
  • Perform service on aircraft lavatory and potable water
  • Perform all related aircraft fueling / de-fueling activities
  • Clean hanger floor and related hanger areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist in training other employees
  • Perform light cleaning of aircraft
  • Service aircraft convenience items

    • How to thrive in this role?

    • You have Line Service experience or substantiated similar experience within Aviation
    • You have good customer service skills to meet internal and external customer needs
    • You are able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
    • You have an understanding of regulatory requirements such as local airport authority safety and security policies
    • General familiarization of aircraft safety practices

    Additional qualifications: (you must have or be willing to obtain)
    • Forklift qualified
    • Fuel Safety qualified
    • Fuel truck operator qualified
    • Ground Support Equipment qualified
    • Tug qualified
