Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Arboricultural Team Leader to join our team based in Telford. Working in the capacity of Team Leader, your top priority will be the successful overseeing of the Arborist teams activities to deliver a high-quality service to our clients. This role will have a total working week of 37 hours and will be a permanent position.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Good working knowledge of all arboricultural operations.
  • Prepare site specific risk assessments and ensure site staff are compliant with all aspects contained therein, to report accidents and near misses
  • Ensure the team delivers an efficient and effective service
  • Experience in arboricultural operations with competency certification in Brushwood Chipper
  • Tree and fungus identification and a good working knowledge of modern arboricultural practices and techniques.
  • Hold a relevant first aid qualification, ., AP, EFAW.
  • Hold any/all of the following qualifications: CS30/31, CS38, CS39, CS40 & CS41
  • A full, clean UK driver’s license
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a requirement to be considered for this position
