We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Support sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Applications Support Analyst to maintain and develop current ERP systems across the company’s European network.

Applications Support Analyst’s Core Duties

  • Provide support, including login assistance, user additions and access management
  • Provide daily operations support and perform diagnostics, error logs and updates
  • Keep the system updated with requests, issues, and resolutions
  • Support with training, and inductions
  • Provide deskside support to users
  • Ensure the systems in Europe have robust data platforms to support efficient operation
  • Develop process documentation for new systems and training
  • Support change and risk management projects
  • Prepare functional designs for custom development
  • Support in the transition of solutions working with third party client teams
  • Contribute to test conditions for system verification and user acceptance testing
  • Support in quality management reviews
  • Applications Support Analyst’s Key Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ ERP implementation experience
  • Experience from the design of methodologies to implementation methodologies
  • Experience with large ERP systems (Monitor / Syspro)
  • Experience working with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Purchasing and Finance modules
  • Good general IT knowledge with applications, networks, storage, and infrastructure
  • SQL (T-SQL) experience to run queries
  • Excellent MS Office experience (Word, Excel, VISIO, and Power Point)
  • Experience with CRM systems (desirable)
  • Experience with SnowFlake and BMNP 2.0 or process mapping (desirable)
  • Project management experience and able to multi-task (desirable)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills - able to work with different levels and cultures
  • Commercial awareness of business functions and strategic planning
  • Full driver’s licence and access to own vehicle
  • Able to travel within Europe on occasion to support other offices
