We have a 6 month, full time, fixed term contract, possibility of this role becoming a Permanent opportunity!!

We are keen to speak with experienced Packing operatives with Warehouse and FLT Driving experience

This can be physical/manual work, lifting weights up to 25kg

Our ideal candidate will have worked in a fast moving Food manufacturing environment and be familiar with Food manufacturing Health & Safety and Hygiene

The main purpose of your role is to support the Warehouse and Manufacturing teams, and to perform all tasks within the Packing Operative’s role

In your new role as Packing Operative:

  • Packing
  • Labelling
  • Stock allocation
  • Stock rotation
  • Order Picking
  • Goods in/Out
  • Forklift driving
  • Heavy lifting
  • Following GMP process’s
  • Ensure full compliance of all sites-based systems, Health & Safety site standards and policies, environment standards and Investors in People
  • To ensure that any product wastage is kept to a minimum, whilst also mitigating the need for product remixes being undertaken

    • Experience in a similar role is essential and you must hold an accredited FLT Counterbalance licence, a refresher can be done on site for the successful candidate

    Working hours

    Monday – Friday

    06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00

    Rotating weekly

    Permanent annual salary for this role is £25,800
