Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time. 39 hours per week.
Shifts: Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:00 Fri 06:00 - 13:00
Salary: £23,890
What you'll be doing
As a Warehouse Assistant / FLT Driver you will work within our fast paced and fun warehouse team loading and unloading materials and furniture from delivery vans. This role will require a lot of heavy lifting and manual handling, as well as keeping a tidy and controlled yard environment
Unloading of commodities such as feet, fabric and sundry items from delivery vehicles
Ensuring that the delivery paperwork is accurate and what is delivered matches
Ensuring delivered items are put away in the correct place, and delivery paperwork is passed on to the appropriate person to be booked in on the system
Keeping the yard tidy and free from debris and rubbish
Working internally in the factory when delivery vehicles are not in the yard

Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Ability to work alone
Good level of communication skills
Self motivated
Experience / Qualifications:
FLT Licence is a requirement for the role
