Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit*Due to our clients needs* a Female brain injury support worker, who lives in her own home in Ferndown.

Our client is a 26-year-old Female who has a brain injury. She has two young children and has a nanny who is employed to help with the children. We are looking to recruit someone to assist our client with her everyday needs.

She has her own car and drives herself around.

*Driver is essential due to remote area*

Hours

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 09:30- 13:30

*Hours may change depending on clients’ needs*

Responsibilities

· Assisting client with shopping and medical appointments

· Assisting client with general admin

· Helping client with lists for food shopping.

· Accessing the community (Client will drive)

Training & Background Checks

An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
