7.5T Driver Required

Currently seeking a 7.5t driver to fill a position in Long Eaton. The successful candidate will possess a current and valid 7.5t Licence with CPC and DIGI card and must have driving experience.

The position is for a client who delivers furniture of all shapes and sizes. The position is temporary to start with but depending on performance could be offered a permanent position. Must be ok lifting and delivering heavy loads.

Responsibilities of the 7.5t Driver

  • Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
  • Multidrop
  • Hand balling of furniture
  • Customer facing
  • Ensuring goods are safely secured
  • Completing vehicle defect and maintaining logs
  • Completing delivery paperwork

    • Requirements of the 7.5T driver

  • A valid full category7.5 tonne/C1 licence
  • Must have a current LGV C1 CPC and Digi card
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Work well with others as part of a team
  • Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
  • No more than 6 points on your licence

    • Compensation of the 7.5T Driver

    The starting salary for this position is between £12-£13 hourly.
    Shifts run Monday to Friday Days.
