FLT Driver

The world’s leading manufacturer of wood-based panels is looking to hire FLT Drivers, ideally flexible and hardworking individuals with an up-to-date FLT licence able to start immediately and add real value to the warehouse and dispatch teams at the Chirk facility.
You would be joining a truly global business with over 40 large manufacturing sites and an annual turnover of circa €4.5billion. The privately owned UK operation based in Chirk, Wrexham, has a turnover of £350million with ambitious plans to double that as well as exciting investment plans for the next 5 years.

The Role
- Accurately and safely transporting core and finished products to the warehouse and production line
- Rotation of stock to ensure first in first out principle
- Warehousing; relocating stock to make space for production runs, pre-picking, re-packing, housekeeping
- Loading vehicles for Despatch

The Candidate
You will be an experienced FLT operative, ideally holding a valid current licence with experience working within a fast-paced goods-in side of a business. We’re looking for flexible, hardworking and quality conscious individuals with strong numeracy, communication and literacy skills.
This position could be right for you if you have experience working as a Storesperson, Goods In Operative, Warehouse Operative, Stores Operative.
