We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our same-day courier company.

Daily duties will include;

– Regular contact with customers and prospective clients
– Provide customers with quotations via email, telephone, and bespoke booking system
– Input customer booking details into the bespoke booking system
– Monitor ongoing customer bookings, advising customers of shipment progress
– Liaise with other company departments and depots to ensure efficient delivery of services
– Lead generation/introductory calls to prospective clients
