Position: School Bus Driver (SEN Setting)

Schedule: Term Time Only, Monday to Friday, Split Shifts, 20hrs per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring their well-being at all times.
* Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing additional help as needed.
* Maintain a punctual and consistent schedule.
* Conduct daily safety checks and ensure the cleanliness of the bus.
* Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and caregivers.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate and patient approach to working with students with special needs.
* Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
* DBS on the update service or willing to get one
