Quality Technician

Juice Recruitment is excited to be working with a global organisation who are looking for a Quality Technician for a temporary assignment.

As the Quality Technician you will be reporting to the Senior Quality & Reliability Manager and will be responsible for coordinating various activities which help understand the satisfaction and quality issues within the UK market.

This role will be mainly based at the company head office in Malmesbury (3 days per week) however occasional travel will also be required to the repair centre in Chippenham and the Warehouse in Gloucestershire (2 days per week).

You Will Be:

  • Assisting with the monitoring of new product launches.
  • Coordinating the collection of parts or machines to ensure samples are collected within the allotted timeframe.
  • Sorting returned parts and completing a basic inspection.
  • Organising the collecting of samples and where required organising a courier of samples to global teams.
  • Relaying all inspection feedback to the quality engineers.
  • Completing analysis from the CRM database.
  • Complete analysis from online customer reviews.
  • Providing support to the quality team including; customer care and support investigations, assessment of product refurbishment and market investigation.

  • Organisational skills
  • A scientific and methodical approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experiencing in a similar role
  • Previous experiencing completing the task required in the role.
  • The ability to prioritise your workloads and multi task.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • An understanding of data processing to an agreed framework.
