Service Driver required for Car Dealership in Croydon

  • Monday - Friday with Saturdays on a 1 in 2 Rotational basis 
  • £28,256 Per Annum Salary

    • Our Client an Automotive Garage are currently looking for an experienced and professional Collection and Delivery Driver for their car dealership service team.

    The ideal Collection and Delivery driver for our clients Car Dealership will be able to commute to the Croydon, Surrey area and possess good knowledge of South London, Surrey, Kent and beyond. 

    Duties of the Service Driver:
  • Collection and delivery of customers vehicles
  • Movement of vehicles between sites
  • Movement of vehicles to outside contractors
  • Checking in customer vehicles when arrived and uploading pictures onto workshop app 
  • Parking up of customers vehicle on drop off 
  • Assisting workshop to bring all vehicle in at the end of the day
  • Cleaning courtesy cars and customer vehicles to a high standard..
  • Working to set timeframes and targets.
  • Map out journeys for collection delivery either by public transport of driving
  • Assisting workshop to bring all vehicle in at the end of the day
    • Essential skills as a Srvce Driver:
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Be well presented as you are the face of our clients company the customer sees! 
    • Previous driving experience within the Automotive Sector would be advantageous.

    You must have a full clean UK driving license (held for at least 3 years).

    Working hours as a Collection & Delivery Driver are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota on a 45 hour full time permanent contract.

    Our Client is offering an annual salary of up to £28,256 per annum with plenty of overtime available due to the nature of the job role!
