Calling for all experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to work for a prestigious multinational employer at Heathrow airport. This HGV Class 2 Driver position does not require valid CPC and Taco Card but experience in driving HGV Class 2 vehicle is essential.

Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers. The position is based at London Heathrow Airport.

For HGV Class 2 Driver role, we are offering:
• £15.31 p/h payrate, £31,844 per annum.
• Potential to reach up to £42,000 per annum through annual salary appraisals.
• 40 hours per week guaranteed and overtime opportunities. Full-time and Part-time hours available
• Choice of weekly pay or monthly pay.
• 4 on 2 off shift pattern, working early and late shifts.
• Free parking is available in a ULEZ-free zone.

Duties of HGV Class 2 Driver will include:
• Driving 18 tonnes vehicles inside Heathrow airport – Airside driving training will be provided.
• Driving vehicle to deliver and collect airfreight cargo to and from aircraft.
• Assist with the loading of palletised items onto vehicles using specialist loading equipment.
• Perform airside driving in a safe manner and performing vehicle safety checks.

Requirements for HGV Class 2 Driver role:
• Aged 25+ due to insurance purpose
• Valid manual UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• Experience in driving HGV Class 2 vehicle in or outside the airport.
• 5-year checkable history and clear criminal record check (DBS).
• Ability to work shifts between 0500 hrs – 00:30 hrs, working 4 days on and 2 days off shift pattern.
• Ability to pass a driver's medical and colour vision assessment.


Any applicants currently working at Heathrow Airport with airside driving experience will be highly desirable. All applicants will be subject to a criminal record check and a 5-year background check as part of the recruitment and vetting process.
