Rye Street Broxbourne, powered by Steer Automotive Group, a leader in accident repair services, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Valeter to join our team. We take pride in ensuring our customers’ vehicles are returned in pristine condition, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
About the Role: As a Vehicle Valeter at Rye Street Broxbourne, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for our customers' vehicles, both inside and out. In addition to valeting, you’ll also assist in the collection and return of vehicles, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Cleaning: Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and polishing.
Valeting Services: Perform mini and full valets as required, ensuring all vehicles are returned in immaculate condition.
Vehicle Inspections: Check vehicles for any damages or defects and report them promptly.
Driving Duties: Assist with collecting and returning customer vehicles, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
Safety & Standards: Follow legal requirements such as the Road Traffic Act and adhere to company standards to deliver consistently high-quality service.
Workspace Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
About You: The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle valeting and a passion for detail. You will also:
Have a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Be flexible, with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks.
Work well within a team and use your initiative when working independently.
Have a positive attitude and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Hold a valid driver’s license (ideally clean) and be over 21 due to insurance requirements.
