The Warehouse Administrator will report to the Warehouse Supervisor, and will support to our Warehouse Team, Planning & Support Team, Customer Service and the Management Team.

LOCATION: Rutland, Peterborough

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of a key supplier contract including order management and cost reconciliation

  • Planning daily workload with the warehouse supervisor to ensure we meet our delivery commitments

  • Coordinating transportation details and advising on any delays or problems that may arise

  • Working with the warehouses, planning and customer service teams to achieve the business set KPI's

  • Carry Out forklift truck activities around the warehouse & yard areas when required

  • Receiving bulk lubricants into the internal tank farm ensuring that strict quality processes are adhered to when required

  • Carry Out general administrative duties that the management may reasonably request

  • Adhere to the companies ISO and H&SE procedures

    • Requirements

  • FLT experience and license preferred

  • 1 year experience in warehouse environment preferred

  • Must be computer literate

  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve

  • An ability to work within a team and work on own initiative
