Van Driver

Driver Hire Bournemouth and Salisbury are excited to now be offering a flexible temporary opportunity for an experienced delivery Van Driver for our client based in Salisbury. As part of this role you will be responsible for delivering light goods in the local area using a 3.5 tonne van. 8-15 drops is the typical amount per day.

Position: Van Driver (Category B)

Days: Monday – Friday (flexible)

Hours: 08:00-17:00

Start date: ASAP

Location:  Salisbury

Pay Rate: £13.11 (daytime) – £15.69 (weekends). Quoted rate is PAYE advanced.

The successful Van Driver will have:

  • previous experience delivering using 3.5t vehicle
  • a valid UK Category B driving licence (max. 6 penalty points)
  • great customer service skills
  • familiarity with loading and unloading in a safely manner
  • your own transport to travel to work
