Service Consultant

Driver Hire Grangemouth are currently recruiting a Service Consultant to join our dynamic and fun team.

We are the local office of the UK’s No.1 Transport and Logistics recruitment agency. You will be tasked with advertising job roles, interviewing candidates and placing them in to suitable positions. Along with this you will build relationships with local businesses in the FK area, through phone calls, emails and on site visits.

No two days are ever the same but a selection of expected tasks are:

-Writing and placing job adverts on various online portals

-Screening cv’s for suitability and arranging interviews

-DVLA licence checking

-Interviewing and reference checking candidates

-Data cleansing of client records

-Customer service telephone calls to long standing clients

-Sales calls to new and potential clients

-On site visits to our clients to explore job roles further

-Office admin to support the above tasks

This is an office based role working Monday to Friday 0900-1700, however we do have flexibility on work patterns within those hours.

This is a 35 hour per week role, but we may be able to reduce this slightly for the right candidate.

Ideally you will have a driving licence and access to a car, as there will be times once the role progresses where travel within the FK area will be required.

£21,100 per annum
