Salary: £11.44 - £14.50 per hour
Hours - varied shifts

Our client provides high quality care and support through the provision of person-centred care and support packages within their Supported Living and Outreach Services. Our client's aim is to enable, assist and support their clients to live a rewarding life within the community. They focus on independence, re-abolement, choice, privacy, dignity, and respect

They are looking for Support Workers to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to further develop their careers as there will be many opportunities for advancement.

Duties include but not limited to:
* Acting as a positive role model for the young people.
* Understanding and responding to the client to engage in a positive relationship with them.
* Making all clients feel genuinely cared for.
* Ensure they feel valued and important as both an individual and as a group.
* Help with mealtimes and leisure activities.
* Develop individual interests and enthusiasms.

Experience:
* NVQ Level 2 min
* 6 months Min working with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism
* Full flexibility for shifts
* Must be a driver
