Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0800 - 1600
Location: Daventry (NN6 7GW)

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an Transport Development Centre Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will:

  • Support the department with Administrative duties.
  • Create and update records and databases.
  • Plan and organise events with third parties & SME's.
  • Coordinating courses with candidates.
  • Managing inboxes for CSR and core skills, actioning logics on a monthly basis.

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
  • PowerBI knowledge highly desired
