    From £12.00 per hour depending on experience

    What’s involved?

    Reception duties will include but not limited to:

  • Checking guests in and out
  • Taking reservations for room bookings
  • Assign rooms (Walk-in’s)
  • Dealing with guest enquiries and resolving any customer complaints
  • Dealing with postings for room charges, balancing and banking
  • Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months hotel experience from a 3Star + background
  • Flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Have a friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work in the UK. – no sponsorships provided
  • Available immediately with no prior commitments including holiday and able to commit for a min. of 4 weeks.
  • MUST have experience of Opera
