Class 1 Driver

The Recruitment Co are on the lookout for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our well-established client based in the Cardiff area, CF10.

Trunking run with no handball.

Days & Nights positions

Pay: £16.00 – £18.49

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A valid HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered, no more than 6pts)
  • Minimum 1 years Class 1 experience required
  • A digital tachograph card and full CPC
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Excellent customer service
  • Driven Class 1 within the last 6 months with 90 days of experience on tacho.

    • The Role:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Supermarket and general haulage deliveries
  • Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
  • Pre-start Vehicle safety checks and vehicle cleanliness
  • Completion of all legal and customer relevant paperwork
