Forklift and Telehandler Operator

Our client based in Barnstaple has a vacancy for a Forklift and Telehandler Operator. Candidates must possess a current forklift counterbalance certificate and a telehandler licence.

Working Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 16.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am to 15.30 pm in a waste and recycling environment.

Duties will include unloading containers of recyclable waste, and transferring to a sorting and baling area. The successful candidate will also be trained to operate the baling machinery.

Working outside in all weathers as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be health and safety compliant, reliable and able to use their initiative.

Salary starts at £13.00 per hour plus £1.57 per hour holiday pay equals £14.57 per hour on PAYE Advanced. PAYE Accrued also available.
