A growing and reputable business, who are looking to grow their transport team.

Your new role

This is a new Transport Administrator job supporting a busy and vibrant transport team. Main duties include:

Processing paperwork, booking in deliveries and booking on courier orders

Speaking to customers and drivers to ensure everything is working in a timely manner.

Chasing drivers for ETA's

Liaising with internal and external teams.

Escalating any delivery issues.

Liaising with the sales teams across multiple depots.

Keeping systems updated and ensuring any new address information is updated.

Ad hoc administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will require current administration experience, ideally with exposure to working within a transport office/team. You will require a keen eye for detail and the ability to work at pace within a team environment.munication is key for this role, and you will need to be confident on the phone when speaking to a wide variety of people, from suppliers to drivers. You will require great IT skills and the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
