HGV Class 1 Driver

Interaction Recruitment are looking to hire several Class 1 Drivers to work with our client, ASDA , based in Wakefield.

This is a temporary, ongoing position with full time and part time shifts available, both days and nights.

Responsibilities

You will be required to carry out a combination of chill and frozen deliveries/primary collections to a range of ASDA stores in the area.

The Role

Pay Rates – varies dependant on shift & length of assignment. Starting rates are:

Days - £16.00

Backs - £16.89

Nights - £18.32

Working hours – various shifts available, both days and nights will be available.

Requirements

HGV C+E Class 1 with 12 months minimum experience

Full HGV C+E licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements

Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards

A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive.

Excellent geographical knowledge

Customer focused attitude

Right to work in the UK
