Pay Rate: £28, per year
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Rotating Days and Nights -06:00 until 18:00, 18:00 until 06:00 -Four On, Four Off
Location: Wisbech - PE14 0SE

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment.

and

pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets.

  • Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures (Desirable)
  • Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
  • MHE/FLT Licence will be required for this -Counterbalance

    • A recognised qualification in Manual Handling or equivalent will be well-received.
