A Driver is responsible for loading the Catering consignment(s)onto a truck as per the daily load plan, flights schedule and unloading ofvehicle(s) at the unit. Load is safe and secure prior to driving the truck tothe airfield by using a designated route. To complete aircraft engagement(s) asper the customer and ramp procedures, guidelines. Catering and de-catering ofan aircraft(s) must be completed as per each customer precision time schedule.Driver is responsible for the vehicle and load during the allocated workschedule. All activities must be accomplished according to customer guidelinesin a timely manner and while adhering to safety and security regulations. Toprovide excellent standards of service at all times in order and to ensure thesite and assets are safe and secure at all Times.
CONTRACT: FullTime, Permanent
SALARY: £17.06PH. 1.2 OT

Perfil
1. Check your vehicle prior to use at the start of your shift asstandard security and safety protocol
2. Deferral any vehicledefects and/or damage to team leader
3. Ensure vehicle issecurity checked and sealed by an authorised staff member before departing tothe airport with specified documentation
4. To comply with FoodSafety and Hygiene protocols, ensure vehicle refrigeration is switched on tomaintain temperature levels as per the guidelines
5. Load and unloadcatering on and off the truck and aircraft in a safe and timely manner and inin accordance with airport safety rules, airline requirements and CompanySafety Procedures
6. Load aircraft as perthe galley plans and adhering to company policy
7. Drive to the aircraftadhering to DVLA, local and airport rules and or law
8. Drive on to aircraftas per your training, ensuring you do not deviate from it at any point
9. Hand over to crewensuring security paperwork is handed over to crew and the Delivery Note isSigned
10. Return catering tothe unit and ensure it is offloaded into the relevant department
11. Ensure Tacho is used correctly for every trip and incompliance with Road Traffic Regulations
12. Operating high loadervehicle following training and health and safety procedures
13. Delivering andcollecting from various destinations in the UK when requested
14. Report any incidentsand accidents to your line manager
15. Ensure correctuniform and relevant PPE is worn at all times whilst on shift
16. Ensure vehicles arekept clean and tidy
17. Refuelling vehiclesas and when required
18. Minor maintenance ofvehicles i.e., top-up screen wash, ad-blue
19. Supervise the staffscreening process (currently within the COVID guidelines)
20. Work in all otherareas of the business listed but not limited to administration (for large unitsin your department, for smaller units (under 50 employees) any area ofAdministration, Bond Store, Equipment Pack, Production, Blinds. Dependent onoperational requirements.
