HGV Class 2 and Class 1 drivers

Are you a HGV driver looking for immediate work?

Driver Hire Colchester are recruiting for HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers, for clients based in the CO postcode.

Monday to Friday shifts, occasional weekends, nights and nights out available.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate safe loading and unloading, aswell as abiding by the highway code at all times.

Benefits:

Weekly pay and PAYE

Variety of work and flexibility around current commitments

8 – 10hours minimum pay per shift, depending on the client

Pension contribution

LGV Class 2 minimum pay of £14.50 p/hr, and Class 1 minimum £15.50 p/hr – higher rate for specific clients, weekends, nights and specialised skills (Holiday included in your hourly rate)

Requirements:

Previous experience is advantageous,

Must have own transport

Full and valid Category C Class 2 and / or C+E (Class 1) licence with an in date CPC and digi cards are required with no more than 6 points & no DR, DD or IN convictions for insurance purposes.

Please be advised the advertised pay rate is inclusive of your holiday pay at 12.07%. Please ask if you would like to accrue holiday.
