Gi Group is working in partnership with one of the most trusted and successful parcel delivery business, which has an exciting opportunity for you to join their team.

We are looking for a Self-employed Driver or a Self-employed Owner Driver:

Location: Redruth (TR16 4HZ)

Rate of pay for Self Employed Driver:

* Pay rate - £126.00 per day with weekly pay

Hours of work:

* Starting at 11.30am working until approximately 9pm
* Working up to 10 hours per day over 5 days Monday to Friday and will include at least one Saturday or Sunday every other weekend

Start Date: As soon as possible

Training: 2-day introduction, 2 days out with a lead driver and built in training to a total of 12 days.

Driver Responsibilities include:

* Loading of own vehicle / rental vehicle each morning
* High volume deliveries following 3-week onboarding process
* "Job and knock" - paid day rate
* Adhering to standard work processes at all times.

Driver Requirements:

* A full and valid UK Cat B Driving licence (manual licence)
* A maximum of 6 points on your licence
* A minimum of 1 years driving is essential
* Driving licence must be in current home address.
* We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
* We're looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
* You must be physically fit to be able to manually load parcels into a van (up to 25kg)
* You must be able to provide various documents for identity checks
