An excellent role on offer for a construction plant engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career and come off the tools, whilst looking to work for a global manufacturing company where you will gain job specific training.

This company are a global manufacturer and distributer, and are the world leader in a specialist plant sector. They design and manufacture their own products and are at the forefront of the latest technology. They have excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Product Support Specialist that would be looking after customers, dealers & colleagues.

In this role you will use your technical knowledge to understand repairs and determine if the repairs full under warranty. This is full life cycle role where you be ordering parts and deploying engineers to carry out the work.

This role would ideally suit an engineer that is looking to come off the tools, or a candidate who has technical knowledge of construction plant equipment..

The Role:

Issuing repairs under warranty, ordering parts, deploying engineers to carry out works.
Giving technical knowledge to customers and colleagues
£40,000-£45,000+ Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

Must come from Plant, Forklift or Forces background
Computer literate
Technical industry knowledge
