Electrical Supervisor

Our client, a leading Housing Association in Merseyside, is currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis, working 40 hours a week with the provision of a Company Van, Petrol Card and Excellent Benefits!

As a successful candidate you should be able to perform the following duties:

  • Be able to be the NICEIC QS for the area
  • Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors
  • Consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service, covering all maintenance and repairs
  • Assist in the implantation of processes for the continuous improvement of the organisation’s performance management plans
  • Ensure the results of inspection and testing of electrical work is recorded accurately
  • Effectively manage all works
  • What we are looking for in our ideal Electrical Supervisor:
  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, qualified supervisory experience, and will ideally have experience of working within a social housing environment

    • As a successful candidate it is essential you will have specific experience as an NICEIC QS as well as experience using the NICEIC certification website.

    A successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 or equivalent
  • C&G NVQ L3
  • Gold Card qualifications are essential
  • Full UK driver’s license
