Position

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our enthusiastic department based in London. The role is responsible for supervising the Driver, Guide and On Street teams to provide the highest driving standards, entertaining commentary and ultimately ensure that we are providing the best customer experience. They will be knowledgeable about how to run a service and of the current legal driving hours and restrictions. Character may be important to us but there are a couple of minimum requirements for this role, these are:

  • Experience of managing/supervising teams in a sightseeing/tourist environment.
  • Experience in targeted sales environment.
