Purpose of Role
An exciting opportunity to work for a Leading FM Service Provider looking after Commercial/Transport. working across multiple sites across Central/Greater London.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and be happy travelling across London.
Responsibilities
The Mobile Fabric Engineer would be responsible for undertaking building fabric and plumbing maintenance works including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs covering building fabric (door furniture, fire door maintenance, ceiling and floor tiles etc), minor plumbing repairs (sinks flow checks, taps, toilets etc) as well as supporting with basic electrical (emergency lighting, lamp/ballast changes) and HVAC services (AC filter changes).
Essential Qualifications/Skills
•A proven track record in general maintenance / basic plumbing & carpentry exp.
•An understanding of most fabric trades
•Multi-skilled
•Good communication skills
•Excellent customer service skills
•UK – Driver’s License ( no more than 6 points)
•Experience of using a handheld device (PDA)
