YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You will be the first and last point of contact for our customers
- You will manage the check-in and check-out process for rental vehicles, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all customers
- You will conduct vehicle inspections, identifying any damage or defects, and complete the necessary paperwork to support a seamless rental experience
- You will assist the branch team by transferring vehicles between locations and manage vehicle refueling
- You will represent the premium SIXT brand by delivering outstanding customer service at all times

- Adaptability You excel in a dynamic environment and can work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to Detail You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate completion of all handover paperwork and vehicle inspections
- Communication You have strong communication skills, enabling clear and friendly interactions with customers, even in busy settings
- Flexibility You are open to work on a shift rotation to cover branch operating hours, ensuring continuous service
- Driving License You hold a valid driving license and bring a minimum of 12 months driving experience
