Office Assistant

We are looking to strengthen our Admin Support team with an Office Assistant at Head Office, Hattersley on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is open to part time applications but the days required to work must be spread across 5 days (full working week).
You will report directly to the Executive Assistant and your role will support our Head Office to provide a professional and efficient administration service.
Key responsibilities will include:

Reception Duties: Answering telephones with professionalism and courtesy. Mail Management: Sorting, scanning, and franking mail, including postal runs to the local post office. Courier Services: Using the Inxpress software to arrange courier services across the company when required. Administrative Support: Assisting with various tasks such as typing, filing, and photocopying. Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office environment remains clean and tidy. Software Use: Operating internal systems and software (training provided). Executive Assistance: Supporting the Executive Assistant with additional duties as needed – such as expenses and travel/hotel arrangements. Archiving: Managing and processing company archives. Meeting Coordination: Ordering buffets and lunches for meetings and events as required. Stock Management: Maintaining and ordering office supplies, including groceries and stationery. General Office Administration: Assisting in the smooth running of day-to-day office operations including Coffee machines Additional Tasks: Performing other ad hoc duties as required such as external meeting room bookings and the organisation and maintenance of the HEET Group (Hattersley Engagement and Events Team)Top Salaries!
