The Best Connection are currently looking for Cat B Van drivers for work in South Ockendon .

In this position, you will be tasked with the delivery and collection of clothing goods from the depot in South Ockendon to stores in the South East , Essex and London areas. This can be both long distance and more local locations with drops ranging from 5-6 per day . The driver will be responsible for both loading the vehicle, with assistance from warehouse staff, and unloading at sites.

Start times between 05:45am – 10:00am . Minimum working hours of 5 hours per day with overtime available. The client operates a 7-day delivery, but you can expect a 5-day working week, so weekend work and flexibility is required.

Standard basic pay rate for this position £12.70 per hour PAYE . Overtime rate of £18.57 per hour available after 45 hours and on Bank Holidays.

To be eligible for this position you must hold:

  • Cat B Licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Previous commercial driving experience
  • London driving experience
  • Delivery experience preferable
  • Customer facing skills
