Frazer Jones have partnered on an exclusive basis with an ambitious and innovative organization based in Hampshire, to help them recruit a HR Advisor. This organization are experts within their niche industry sector. As the HR Advisor you will work as part of a close nit team, reporting into the HR Manager. This role will provide generalist HR support to the business, advising on policies, procedures, and best practice. You will support circa 300 employees across two sites and will act as a key driver for employee relations activities.

This is a fast paced and integral role where you will be accountable for various tasks that include but will not be limited to:
* Coordinating and advising on sickness absence management and occupational health.
* Advising on all matters relating to employee relations
* Managing relationships with key stakeholders in relations to Employee benefits
* Participate in annual performance review process.
* Supporting with payroll activities
* Promoting values, engagement and wellbeing activities.
