Job Title: FLT / Warehouse Operative
Our client, based in Trafford, M32 is looking to recruit an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative.
Candidates must have experience of using a computerised warehouse management system.
We have worked with this client for over 15 years; they offer a first class working environment and the opportunity to work in the manufacturing / distribution sector.
Job Title – Main Duties:
Maintain and follow ISO standards and procedures for the warehouse.
Ensuring goods received are delivered to the correct departments
Dispatching all products to the required customers, in appropriate secured packaging. In line with all company and customer QA procedures.
Ensure that good received are stored if required, or delivered to the correct department with the correct paperwork.
Ensuring all goods receiving notes are processed in a timely manner so as not to have a detrimental effect on the companies OTD KPI’s
Ensure in-direct goods and services are received in the system.
Ensure stock accuracy and use. Support and carry out stock and cycle counting as and when required
They require a Warehouse / FLT Driver with a minimum 2 years’ experience.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday: 07.00 - 15.30
What they are looking for in candidates:
Valid FLT Licence.
Minimum 12 months recent FLT experience.
Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:
PC Skills - Booking stock in & out.
Stock Counts.
General housekeeping and participation in 5 S and other lean events to ensure the warehouse and yard is kept in a acceptable manner.
Maintain any 5S charts applicable.
Salary / Hourly Rates:
£27K
