As a Field Care Supervisor/Senior Care Assistant your role will be exciting and varied. You can expect to complete observations and supervisions with the care team, support the branch with compliance and care planning and be the bridge between the Service Users and the office. You will also be an active part of the care team and complete care calls within your rota.

We do ask that you are a driver and are flexible in your schedule as this role could include on-call duties.
