LGV Cat C1 (7.5 Tonne) Driver, Dartford

The Best Connection are currently looking for multiple Cat C1 7.5t drivers for work in the Dartford area.

Duties include:

The delivery and installation of furniture to customer's homes in and around the London and South East areas.
the role will involve heavy lifting due to the products that you will be delivering. Assistance will be given with a driver’s mate who will assist with both delivery and installation

This role is a customer facing position so the ideal candidate must be polite and professional, experience with white glove service would be beneficial.

We have two start times of 06:00 or 10:00 depending on preferred wave, minimum working hours of 8 per day. This is a Monday to Saturday working week , normally with a 4 day shift pattern .

Pay rate for this position £16.43 or £16.82 per hour PAYE (depending on wave) Overtime rates are also available at £24.65 per hour after working 41 hours in a week.

To be eligible for this position you must hold:

  • Previous Driving experience
  • Cat C1 Licence
  • CPC
  • Digital Tachograph Card understanding
