Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Counterbalance Driver to join our team in Southam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in forklift operation and possess valid, in-date counterbalance certificates.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift
Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate placement and storage
Maintain a clean and organised working environment
Conduct daily checks and maintenance of the forklift
Assist with other warehouse duties as required

Requirements

Valid and in-date counterbalance forklift certificate
Previous experience as a counterbalance driver
Strong attention to detail and safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
