Demand Generation Manager, SaaS Start-up, London – hybrid

Salary: Up to £60,000

  • The Role:

  • Be in charge of everything Demand Generation
  • Manage activities across Google’s product suite (Analytics, AdSense, Search Console)
  • Create, optimise and manage Google Search & Display Ads
  • Optimise, iterate and manage SEO pages using Google Search Console
  • Understand conversion paths and lead attribution using Google Analytics
  • Define audiences and experiment with a wide variety of campaigns to produce results
  • Be comfortable modelling and managing efficient spend and be confident in your ability to scrutinise the ROI of your campaigns
  • Deeply understand and effectively report on the impact of your owned channels across the full funnel using their CRM; HubSpot
  • Assist the Growth and Sales teams by helping them identify and implement new strategies and tactics to achieve better results within their existing channels, based on the findings of your reports
  • Assist the Growth and Sales teams with Account Based Marketing initiatives for increased lead generation, conversion and expansion
  • Provide detailed results and recommendations to the leadership team on where the company should deploy it's resources to acquire more customers
  •  What's required:

  • 3+ years of experience working in demand generation, campaign management or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Expertise in SEM and analytical tools for marketers including Google’s product suite (Analytics, AdSense, Search Console), HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads etc.,
  • Deep understanding of paid media tactics, digital marketing strategies, marketing automation, and lead management
  • Proven track record of defining and executing programmes with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Ideally you have experience implementing an ABM strategy as a key driver of demand generation
  • Strong copywriting and content development skillset and experience
  • Experience with Webflow is preferred
